What does the typical process look like?
Once we decide to work together, we’ll send you a questionnaire to understand your needs – covering position details, process, location, and budget. From there, we draft a job ad if needed and conduct a quick market analysis to give you a realistic view of the tech candidate landscape.
After this, we start an initial search, providing you with 5-10 candidate profiles to gather your input, ensuring we’re aligned. This step helps save you time by avoiding unnecessary back and forth later on. Once aligned, we conduct a thorough candidate search and have pre-screening calls with promising candidates. You’ll only see candidates who’ve passed our pre-screening, complete with our evaluation and potential red flags.
The depth of our involvement depends on the collaboration model – from delivering a shortlist to managing the entire process end-to-end.
What collaboration models do you offer?
We offer three ways to work together: Sourcing Support for short-term needs where we deliver a vetted shortlist, HR as a Service for long-term partnerships where we become an extension of your team, and Project-Based Recruitment for specific roles with a success fee and a 3-month guarantee.

What is HR as a Service?
Think of it as having a dedicated HR partner without the overhead of a full-time hire. We handle sourcing, screening, hiring manager collaboration, and broader HR needs like onboarding or performance reviews – all within a flexible weekly capacity you choose. It’s built for companies that want a consistent partner, not one-off transactions.
How do you charge?
It depends on the model. Sourcing Support works on an hourly rate. HR as a Service is a monthly retainer based on the weekly capacity you need. Project-Based Recruitment uses a success fee tied to the role, with a 3-month guarantee. All models include a one-time onboarding fee of 200 EUR.

Can we scale up or down as our needs change?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your package at any time, and downgrades apply from the next billing period. If you need to pause hiring altogether, we offer stand-by options so you can maintain the partnership and pick things back up when you’re ready.
How long does it typically take to fill a tech position?
On average, we fill tech positions within 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and specifics of the role. We’re committed to finding the right fit efficiently without compromising on quality. Hiring timelines can vary depending on several factors, like the role requirements, seniority level, location, budget, company brand, and how responsive we all are. Recruiting for a startup of 5 people is very different from hiring for an established company of 200 people.
What if we have an urgent hiring need?
We’re flexible and adaptable, ready to scale our efforts. Our team has experience dealing with high-priority tech roles and meeting tight deadlines. If you’re already on a retainer, we can quickly expand capacity to match the urgency.

We invest significant effort in defining role requirements early to find the right IT candidates. During initial calls, besides experience, we assess personality to ensure a good fit. Any red flags? We spot them early!
Do you offer any guarantees?
Yes. With our Project-Based Recruitment model, every hire comes with a 3-month guarantee. If things don’t work out during that period, we’ll work with you to find a replacement.
